This Child Safety & CSAE Policy (“Policy”) explains how we define, prevent, monitor, and address Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and related harmful content in connection with our services. This Policy applies to all users, features, content, and interactions on the CallMitra platform.
Definitions
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
CSAE refers to any act, behavior, material, or interaction that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or harms a child (a person under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). This includes, but is not limited to:
Grooming — Attempting to befriend or build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
Sextortion — Coercing a child to provide sexual images or acts by threatening to release personal information or content.
Trafficking — Recruiting, transporting, or advertising a minor for sexual activities.
Sexual solicitation — Encouraging or attempting to engage a minor in sexual acts or sharing sexual content.
Actions that sexualize minors, directly or indirectly.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
CSAM means any visual or textual content that depicts minors in sexually explicit conduct. This includes photographs, videos, illustrations, live streams, chat messages, or any form of media that show or encourage sexual activity involving minors. CSAM is illegal and strictly prohibited.

CallMitra expressly prohibits the following:
Any content, messages, calls, images, links, profiles, or behaviors that involve or promote CSAE or CSAM.
Attempts to contact, solicit, advertise, or engage with minors for sexual content or exploitative purposes.
Sharing, uploading, displaying, transmitting, or storing any material that depicts minors in sexual activities.
Behavior that could facilitate child endangerment, including grooming or communicating with minors for improper purposes.

If we become aware of any such content or behavior, we will take immediate action which may include removing the content, suspending user accounts, reporting to law enforcement, and cooperating with regulatory authorities.
Safety Measures
To help maintain a safe environment:
We use automated systems and manual review processes to monitor and detect any content or activity that may involve CSAE or CSAM.
Age-appropriate safeguards are in place to prevent access by minors to any content not intended for them.
Users are required to comply with all applicable laws regarding the protection of minors and the handling of sensitive content.
Reporting & Response
If you encounter any content, message, user, or behavior on CallMitra that you believe involves CSAE or puts a child at risk:

Provide as much detail as possible (screenshots, user IDs, timestamps).
We will respond promptly and may take action including reporting to law enforcement when necessary.
We also provide an in-app feedback mechanism so users can report issues directly within the CallMitra app.
